Education and background

I hold dual law degrees from St. Thomas University College of Law and St. Petersburg State University. I am an EB-5 success story. Having been involved in EB-5 since 2013, I personally went through the full process: from researching projects and structuring my case to obtaining permanent green card.

Legal expertise

Over the years, as a corporate, real estate and securities attorney, I have reviewed and analyzed numerous development deals, including construction contracts, loan agreements, private placement memorandums, and subscription agreements. I have been involved in derivative lawsuits where investors clawed back EB-5 capital.
