What is an EB-5 visa?
The EB-5 program was created by the U.S. government in 1990 to attract foreign investment and stimulate economic growth. It allows foreign citizens to obtain a green card by investing in a U.S. business project that creates needed jobs. The investment process involves purchasing a stake in a U.S. company, which then lends the capital to the project company.

Benefits of the EB-5 visa:
Eligibility to obtain US citizenship (5 years from the date of issuance of the green card)
Permanent Residence in the United States for Investors, Their Spouses, and Children Under 21
Opportunity to work, study and live in the USA regardless of the project location
Running your own business in the US without immigration restrictions
Investors' children can attend the US public school and university system
