  I hold dual law degrees from St. Thomas University College of Law and St. Petersburg State University. I am an EB-5 success story, having personally navigated the complete process—from project research and case structuring to securing my permanent green card.  

• Legal expertise

  Over the years, as a corporate, real estate and securities attorney, I have reviewed and analyzed numerous development deals, including construction contracts, loan agreements, private placement memorandums, and subscription agreements. I have been involved in derivative lawsuits where investors clawed back EB-5 capital. My legal expertise, personal remarkable success in EB-5, and analytical approach enable me to connect with my clients effectively and offer truthful advice.  

• Doing EB-5 since 2013

  I have been actively involved in EB-5 since 2013. Knowledge of project financing mechanisms and structures, and understanding of risk management help me analyze projects and offer clients solutions with calculated risk. When I review EB-5 projects, I want the same thing for my investors - a simple way to obtain green card.
